Aurélie is a corporate finance professional involved in strategic transactions across the agribusiness industry. As a Director in the Industries team of Standard Chartered Bank, Aurélie is involved in origination of structured debt transactions and M&A advisory mandates in the ag space. She was previously with Noble Group’s Structure Finance and Asset Development teams, working on acquisition of agri-related infrastructures. Strong of an international experience spanning 6 countries over the past 11 years, Aurélie is convinced about the value brought by diversity of perspectives. She started Womag after witnessing an under-representation of women in the agribusiness space.
Berengere Roig; Secretary
Bérengère is the managing director of Chabrier Avocats Singapore LLP, a law firm specializing in a range of commodity matters. Before joining Chabrier, Bérengère was part of the legal department of Louis Dreyfus Company in Geneva, dealing with asset acquisitions, contracts and various corporate matters across Europe, the Black Sea and MEA. Bérengère brings a diverse range of global experience to her current role in Asia and to this association.
Jade Dyson; Treasurer
Jade was appointed the Director of Gafta’s Singapore office in July 2016 after relocating from Perth, Western Australia. Jade holds a BA in economics and finance, has a background in physical grain trade and brings a wealth of practical trading and contracting experience to Gafta’s presence in SE Asia and the Pacific. In additional to supporting GAFTA's overall role in providing contract templates to facilitate physical grain trade, arbitration services and training, Jade is active in the trade policy space and works to support various industry initiatives.
Kristina Liu; Board Member
Kristina is an Operational Excellence Coach at Syngenta, where she works with internal clients across APAC to identify and implement improvement opportunities that have significant and sustainable business impact. In her eight years with Syngenta, Kristina has held various roles including, most recently, APAC Corn Marketing and Portfolio Manager. Kristina holds an MBA from INSEAD and is pursuing a Doctor of Psychology degree in her free time. Kristina’s passion in gender diversity started from a Women Leadership Program she attended in Syngenta. It has led her to start a women’s group in Syngenta Singapore and has motivated her to consider doing her doctorate dissertation on women leadership.
Eva Kroyer; Board Member
Eva is the Regional Operations Manager for COFCO Agri. Before she joined COFCO Agri, she had various roles with Cargill, both in Australia and Singapore. Eva has leadership experience across the range of operations functions and has led multiple teams both locally and internationally across various commodities. In addition, Eva was involved in a number of initiatives around diversity and industry training. She is currently in her second year as a mentor with a program which mentors women in business.
